Service Purpose

VDECK provides software for operational recordkeeping around change records, validation evidence, approvals, rollback readiness, activity history, and related evidence packet workflows.

VDECK is not a regulatory advisor and does not guarantee that use of the service alone satisfies any legal, regulatory, quality, safety, or compliance requirement.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of records, checklist items, approvals, comments, uploaded evidence, and other information submitted to VDECK.

You are responsible for deciding whether VDECK is appropriate for your internal policies, customer commitments, audit needs, and operating environment.

Acceptable Use

Do not use VDECK to store unlawful content, malware, content that infringes others' rights, or information you are not authorized to upload. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe other organizations' data, or misuse API endpoints.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for activity under your account, protecting your login credentials, and managing access for users in your organization. Notify support if you believe an account has been compromised.

Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions, if enabled for your workspace, are processed through Stripe. Plan limits, pricing, renewal timing, and customer portal options may be shown in the product or pricing page.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete your organization's data.

Data Ownership and Processing

Customers retain ownership of records, evidence, and other data they upload to VDECK. VDECK may process, store, copy, transmit, and display that data as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service.

Availability and Changes

VDECK is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, hosting provider issues, or other events. Features may change as the product develops.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VDECK and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
